The Beginning... Day 1

I am on the quest to reach my optimal health, what this means I am not exactly sure, but I am on a mission to figure it out. Over the past six months, I have put myself through various so called plans, yet I haven't reached my goal. From people telling me what to do and what not to do, I was overwhelmed with everything and searched different methods...yet didn't find too many real life experiences. Today is the first day of "Fresh, Fit and Real..." and I will share my journey with you. Yes, it may not always be positive,  but it will be real. I will include the workouts I participated in, the food I ate and how I feel.

So... Day 1

Current Measurements:
Weight: 141.4 lbs
Belly Button: 31"
2 inches under BB: 35"
2 inches above BB: 30"


Excercise: 3 mile job, 1 hour bootcamp/circuit (push-ups, TRX, deadlifts, running and abs)
Food: I am following Day 1 of the Flat Belly Diet... the first four days I have to keep it at 1200 calories...yikes! Everything has kept me pretty full, but the days not over, so we will see. I LOVE the sassy water, each sip is like visiting the spa.
Feeling: So I have gained a half of a pound since last week, but I did go camping this past week and smores aren't exactly on a "perfect" diet. But I am excited and ready to get this going. I also ordered Apex's bodybugg today, so I will know how many calories I burn each day. I can't wait to put it to the test.
